I requested to transfer collective money in wallet to Bank where the wiring details were collected. Money got debited from Mycash wallet on **th April for **k+ and didn’t credit for more than a week. Even despite several attempts to reach them, I have been just postponed to the next day. This refund has to happen right away, it’s really disappointing as a regular consumer.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
