Hi.. I booked the ticket from Delhi, India to Toronto, Canada for my parents from makemytrip in Ukrain Airline on **th January, ****. The flight was on **th Apirl, ****. Ticket no. is :- PS ***-**********, PS ***-********** and booking ref. no.:- NDZL*W, Booking ID No.:- NN************* , Refund Application number : RA-**********&RA-**********. Total price of ticket was ***,*** Rupees. They are unable to travel due to lockdown in India (COVID-**). So, i request them to cancel my ticket but they refuse to give me full refund but i agreed on that and request them to give my rest of money after the cancellation charges (**,*** rupees). the cancellation charges was discussed on chat on there site i have screenshot. but later after few days they increases the cancellation charges from **,*** to **,*** rupees. I request for cancellation on **th March, ****. They said it will take ** working days to reflect money in my account which is **,*** after increases cancellation charges. later on, they said now it will take ** working days due to COVID-**. but now on *th June,****, I got the mail that your money for flight is refunded in makemytrip wallet which is **,*** rupees. Firstly they again increase **,*** rupees in the cancellation charges. they are not giving reply on that question. Secondly, I never told them to transfer money in makemytrip wallet, I need them to transfer money in bank account. I asked them to do that but they said you can only use that money to rebook the flight again. But airline policy is, if you want to rebook the ticket the will do it for free or they can also get airline credit as a refund to rebook again in future.
All, I need now from you is, please HELP me out in this situation to get back all money in my bank account which is **,*** rupees as discussed First.
