Last year I took Byjus subscription for my younger brother who is in * th std. While taking subscription i clearly spoke to them that child is weak in english we want in Hindi . byjus said mentor will help you in this. Since last * months i was regularly paying emi of **** rupees. So many times i asked them to change language but it didn't happened. My brother did not get any academic benefit due to this subscription. Last Month i request them to cancel the whole. The guy from their side says "OK JUST PAY THIS EMI YOUR NEXT * EMI WILL BE CANCELED." i paid the money. Now they are troubling me for remaining EMI. I approach to customer care. There also i did not got solution. They literally call for **-** time's in a day and i have to explain everything to each of them. I m feeling depressed because of this whole thing . now instead of giving solution they have added fine of ****. This is ridiculous. Please help me in this.
