I had brought a flight ticket for the *rd of April-**, but since there was a lock down all the flight got canclled, we call the airline and cancelled the ticket on the **-**-****, and we were advised to get in touch with the Travel Agent for further refund after * Weeks, which we did log on to the Via.com site and canalled the ticket on line on the *rd june-**, but still the refund has not been credited to our account, we tried call there customer service number several time but , but the number just ringing there is no response, we did write mail to them but for that also there is not response.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
