- Refund for unsuccessful order Open
I had placed order (***********) on ** June ****, which was unsuccessful, but the amount Rs *** debit from my account. I called swiggy customer support and he said if amount deducted, will auto credit with *to * days. After discussion, I received msg from swiggy;
Your payment for order #*********** was not completed. Any amount if debited from Cards will get refunded within *-* day.
After a week I mail n they are asking to share my bank statement, when I shared. They told me dat ur statement is wrong.. How can they say like this.
It's pathetic, u can talk to customer support only if u have active other, there is no contact number to contact customer care, only chat option available. This is totally harassment. It's like annoying to ur regular customers.
