I have booked Indigo flight through Goibibo for **th Apr BBY-DEHRADUN and return on *rd May, total *+* tickets amounting to Rs.*****. But owing to covid related cancellations, i was automatically sent credit shell. I requested Indigo who then said they will reimburse partially (*****) and the balance cancellation charges against * tickets were given as credit shell.. But even after ** days , there is no credit from Goibibo and worst i am no way able to speak to them . All the mails to travel@goibibo .com gets only an automated message. Pls help
