Orderded a case for Samsung S**ultra.Got a defective piece.They accepted the fact and arranged for reverse pick up with promise to send a replacement.After receiving the product back first they said that they do not have the same product in stock told me to look for some other product which I refused and asked for refund to which they agreed and took my account details.Its been more than ** days since and they are linngering on with the refund with no valid reason.
