It's understood that same tracking no. has been used for * no. Of items ordered from same supplier. Out of * items, the item which has got delivered is only one. Kindly find attached the images of item received and tracking details.
The items with same tracking number are as follows (*) HERBALIFE Formula * Shake Mix Mango with Personalized Protein Powder And Dinoshake Chocolate Plant-Based Protein for an amount of INR *,***/- and (*) HERBALIFE Formula *-Nutritional Shake Mix-Dutch Chocolate-***g, Orange-***g, Vanilla-***g. Nutrition Bars for an amount of INR *,***/-.
The item which was in the parcel and got delivered is only Item * for INR *,***/-. The other item no. * worth INR *,***/- is missing.
The parcel/ cover itself is not sufficient enough to ship both the items together. Pls help, it seems the seller has cleverly cheated me. I'm worried. Trusted flipkart and now don't know what to do. My complaints are getting closed without any valid reasons. Last complaint of return/ replacement has been closed with reasons "Issue resolved by Troubleshooting" in mobile whereas the mail says "We’d like to let you know that your return request could not be fulfilled by the seller as their courier partner has confirmed delivery of the item in your order with order id OD****************** with the product being intact.".
Can you please let me know when was the resolution provided? How can you say that the missing item is delivered when * items are having same tracking numbers and seller has purposely not sent * item? Really appreciate if you can investigate who is at fault.
