I had booked a round trip Blr-DXB-BLR via Muscat on makemytrip portal. My booking ID was NN************* and the flight was on **th Dec ****. We recieved a message on **th Dec that the flight Muscat Dubai WY*** has been canceled. Makemytrip sent us a message that either we can call to get alternate arrangements or ask for a refund. We asked MakeMyTrip to cancel and refund the amount. as we canceled the whole trip and made alternate arrangements. We kept on following up with makemy trip for over a year to refund the amount. Initially they told it will take **-** days for the airline to refund, then suddenly they closed the ticket and stopped communicating with us. Pleae help us in getting our refund back.
