On ** Jan I recived samsung galexy bud * (order id -***-*******-*******) without right side bud in the box I called customer care for return they took * days for generating a return request because they did some internal investigation and found that there is no issue from my side.
They picked up the return package from my side but on ** Jan they inform me that they recived wrong product hence my refund is canceled. I immediately rushed to local Amazon delivary partner ( Awadh logistic) to enquire what product they recived from my side they told me that as per SOP they do not collect wrong product they gave me cctv footage where they recived (my side) and sent back the correct product to Mumbai fulfillment center means there is no falt from my side still they cancelled my refund if Amazon internal staff is cheating with them why customer will suffer.when I asked what product they recived they are not telling me the details they only saying product is different that they recived.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
