Makemytrip - Refund cheated

I cancelled my flight to Kuala Lumpur from Chennai. When I wanted to cancel my flight the refund calculator in the MakeMyTrip App showed refund will be Rs.*****/-. So I proceeded and cancelled the booking on **th March ****. The status of refund also showed Rs.*****/- to be processed till **th March midnight(I have screenshots for the same). On **th march i received a email stating my refund processed and the amount was just Rs.****/-. I was shocked and checked the status in the app and now it showed Refund processed and the amount was Rs.****/-. But App showed history of the refund calculation (Rs.*****/-) and the same amount (Rs.*****/-) processing messages. I immediately tried calling them and after **-** minutes of trying no one picked my calls so I wrote an email to Makemytrip to resolve and refund my money & all i received was a computer generated reply till now i.e.**st March. I commented on one of their facebook page's post the same on **th afternoon & they replied and told me that they will check the issue and contact me. I felt better on seeing their reply but to my surprise and adding to my frustration what they did was, they cleared the history in the app and it's just showing refund processed Rs.****/- now. I didn't expect such cheap behaviour from a reputed company like this. But, i have complete screenshots of the app history which I took before posting on their page. Please resolve and help me get back my money of Rs.*****/- that MakeMyTrip has cheated.
