Makemytrip.com - Refund and timeloss

On **/**/** I booked hotel premdeep in Matheran from Pune through mmt. It was my first bookong through mmt.We were * ,husband ,* year kid and myself. I booked cab also through mmt at * pm. Rs **** and Rs ***** debited each for cab and hotel ( * nights stay) But when I checked cab at * pm it showed arrival time at *pm. I thought some problem and I waited till *pm it showed cab timings as *.**pm . I was taken aback as we were carrying kid and it would be difficult to travel in night times till matheran as there is no proper transport after some point.. we ve to travel by horse. So I immediately called customer care to cancel trip and refund my money or at least change my booking to lonavala which is near to Pune but it didn't work. I requested mmt to at least talk with hotel people so that they can make some transport facility from *km to Matheran just to avoid horseride. But hotel staff didn't give any assurance .. instead they deducted * night amount.. and refunded Around **** but in mmt it's mentioned free cancellation . I didn't even get cab booking refund .
