Sanket more filed complaint against Amazon on Sep 24, 2020
Dear Amazon,
I Sanket More am amazon prime customers , Is been using the services with amazon prime & pay for almost * years .I have been completely disappointed and lost faith from your services and the customer care from past month over the issue of refund of my (Zook Rocker thunder xl ** watt speaker).
I had purchased it as a gift for one of my friend along with the Acko * year extended warranty. On receiving the product on **th august **** we were completely unsatisfied with it and asked for a return .On calling over for return the executive confronted me that I didn’t see the detail that this product is not returnable and cannot be returned after a lot of discussion and confirmation I was said that the amount will be refunded.
After couple of days an amazon pickup executive came and took both the warranty and speaker.
As usual I waited for couple of days for it to be refunded but I was in shock when I called them later to inquire about the refund about the speaker(note I have received the amount of my extended warranty) the denied saying that the speaker is not reached the supplier and assured me to wait for couple of days and I will get my refund. After waiting for over a week I still didn’t receive it and I called again this time again I had to explain the entire scenario to your customer service executive. He kept my phone on hold for few minutes after and then told me that their pick up executive was only supposed to pick up the extended warranty and not the speaker but he picked up both which he stated that he confirmed with their logistics. I was again given an assurance that the amount will be refunded and the complaint has been registered on priority.
It’s been over ** days now I am continuously calling them every alternate days and is going through explaining each executive about this scenario and they have been giving me the same fake promises.
The worst experience was my last call with amazon customer named (Anchal) she was the worst person I have ever came across and straight away denied,putting the blame on me for returning to wrong logistic when it was amazons logistic who had taken it .This female was so unprofessional and stubborn that she was giving me explanations and was saying that the money won’t be refunded. I lost my temper hearing to her words and her arrogant behavior and cancelled the call.
I was always a huge follower of amazon and it was my go to shopping destination/payment/online partner but after this horrific experience experienced I have lost all my faith in amazon and wont renew or use your services further. I don’t want any more complications just want a refund on my product and if that’s not possible please send me the product back will give it away. I am uploading all the recordings of the call from the date of purchase for your clarification and to let you know how you guys are fooling your loyal customer. If this matter is no resolved with this week I will launch a police complaint and drag you guys to consumer court for this trouble which you guys have caused me over a last month.
