We have booked tour with Veena World on **th Jan **** and on **nd Jan **** Veena World cancelled the tour due to non availability of seats and convinced us to postpone the tour to * April **** which was previously scheduled on ** March ****. Now due COVID-** again our tour cancelled and Veena World charging huge cancellation fee and giving options to postpone our tour or cancel with huge cancellation fee. I request Veena World to consider the cancellation of tour date as ** Jan **** and refund the full amount as in both the case nowhere we are into any fault.
