Veena world - Veena world Company is not refunding amount paid against cancelled Tour

We had booked a Europe with Scotland trip with Veena World on **st August ****. The trip was to happen on *nd May ****. Due to COVID, the trip got cancelled. We had booked the trip for * people and paid the entire amount upfront. After the trip cancellation, Veena World has refused to return the full trip amount. They communicated that if we wanted a return, only **% of the amount would be refunded and the rest **% would not be given. As an alternative, they have offered a credit note for the paid amount to be used during the year. As the amount is large, we want to raise a complaint about full reimbursement of the amount as the trip cancellation was out of our hands.
