Veena world - Iteninary changed without prior notice by travel agency

We have booked all of Australia tour from veena world from *th August ****to** aug **** . On *th ie Friday our flight was scheduled at ** PM according to itinerary.but veena world has changed without prior notice and preponed by **hours. The flight reschedule at *.**am on the same day.
My husband has to take leave from Friday and because of company policy Saturday and Sunday also counted in paid leave which was costed us loss of rs ******.we have contacted veena world for this matter many times before tour.but they have not accepted our request they were not ready to refund our money.since we have paid the full amount we have no option but to go
After coming from tour again. I reported this matter and asked about the compensation but there is no response from the agency.
