@JioMart is the most scamster company. I had placed an order using my credit card for full payment on ** June. I cancelled the order next day.
Still the shitty app of JioMart shows my order as delivered and no mention of the refund of full amount.
I started talking to their hopeless customer support with a hope to get the money back. These scumbag customer care execs have been fooling around saying they have initiated the txn and money is with bank. Bank verified that no money has been received by them.
Its been * months now and I have been constantly asking scamster JioMart to take action to refund my money. But no action has been taken till now. Pathetic customer service by JioMart.
Not going to place any order with such unethical scamster company again and advice everyone to not order from JioMart.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
