I had booked flight tickets from Delhi to Bhubaneswar on **.**.**** for the journey during May-**** but due to the pandemic the flight was cancelled. During Dec-****, they reflected the refund amount in my Wallet. I requested on **-**-**** to refund the same my bank account. They are showing that refund has been processed and the amount will be transferred to my bank account between **th to **th Dec-****. But till date nothing has happened and their Helpline number is not at all helpful as there is no personal interaction.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
