I returned an Ajio product of Rs. ****.** on **th May.

Ajio's refund policy is a a refund of the full amount within * to * days. But as of today (**th July) it has been nearly * weeks and no amount has been credited to my account.
I have made multiple calls to Ajio's customer care, sent multiple emails to customercare@ajio.com and grievance.officer@ajio.com. I have been constantly messaging their Twitter account to resolve the issue. All they keep saying is that "REFUND HAS BEEN INTITATED".
There has been no proof that they are trying to resolve my problem.
WILL I GET MY REFUND AMOUNT OR NOT?
This is just one of the three unprocessed refunds. I am truly annoyed and I don't see it fair that I should be wasting all this time trying to get my money back.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
