This is to inform you that i have done transaction of RS **.* Through freecharge for irctc season ticket
done on **/**/****. Money was debited from my account but no season ticket confirmation message received from irctc. immediately Iodged a complaint to freecharge customer care on **/**/**** itself.
But Till now I have not received the refund amount(**/**/****) even after sending repeated GMAILS.
please do the needful.
