I have ordered "AND - Sequined Embellished Gown" amounting to Rs. **** on ** feb ****, of which I got delivered same on ** feb **, same day I have requested to return the product as the product was smaller & in inventory they don't have larger product, despite many calls, they have promised the final resolution to be made on *nd march **** but after many calls they are now telling that due to some reason they are unable to get response from backend team and they will get back to us with resolution till ** march ****.
But, my issue is that they have my Rs. **** money with them & the product since **-** days and the product have also reached warehouse on ** march itself(as they have told) then why are they not refunding my amount.
