Would like to inform you that, Friday ( **/**/****) I was trying to book to (Train) reservation ticket ( AC -Chair Car) on Vande bharat -From Chennai Central To Coimbatore on **th Nov@****. Payment was made on Google pay mobile app( Linked with my HDFC Bank Savings A/C) Register mobile No -**********. But train ticket confirmation have not get from make my trip. Google pay app shows that amount (INR: *,***.**) has transferred to make my trip And also my HDFC Bank( saving account) statement shows that same amount ( INR: *,***.** ) transferred to make my trip -( Dated ** Nov **** UPI-PAYU PAYMENTS PVT LT- makemytrip@indus-INDB*******-************-UPI Transaction fo Ref Num:************)
So, earnestly request you to please once check and verify this same and refund that same amount as earliest on my same (as on mention same Bank details).
