I have booked a flight in year **** and due to covid my flight got cancelled and now I had a word with the airline directly and they are ready to refund and want my agent to raise claim against booking but I am unable to do so I had a word with someone in Makemytrip and they said this will be resolved in ** hours and I have not got any revert till now so please help me
