I book room on dated **-July-**** at The Heaven (OYO ***** Hotel ID) my booking id is YJFG**** amount ***/- when i reach hotel and ask for rooms then his owner tells i have no any tie up with OYO . then i cancelled my booking with in ten minutes as per OYO Policy but my refund is not credit in my account to till date . many time i register my compliant at OYO costumer care . some time he says your complaint is Under process some time says Technical issue ect but they have not provide any solution . i also attached my bank statement ***/- amount not credit in my account .
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
