On Dec **th ** i recieved my product from Flipkart realme buds air * and as soon I get time I used and it's defective abt all modes are switching and activating automatically. I raised complaint and try to return product within * days but they denied due to company policy Flipkart said. Due to work i travel * city and when i came my destination and settled in goa. It take me * month when i reached my nearest realme service centre i raised complaint and sumbit the defective buds. They ask me to came after * to * day's you will get new buds. And sumbit my buds on **th March ** and yesterday **nd March ** i went there cz they ask my on call to came by *pm for collecting your buds. I kept my work side and went there. When i reach there and ask my for product they said let me check and came after * min and said sorry sir we order new product but they are also defective. I'm like what the heck. Why don't you tell me on call why you ask me to came here. And you already take my * day's and again they ask me to for * day's. I'm paying **** for this buds for better service and your giving this service. I want my money back and apologize latter.
