Vasant Ramaswamy filed complaint against Freecharge on May 17, 2017
I used freecharge to topup my Docomo sim for an amount of Rs ****. On the screenshot I have attached it is advertised that Rs **** would result in Rs **** of talktime balance. I received only Rs ****.** of talktime balance because freecharge did not perform the recharge in the correct mode (according to the email reply from docomo). I have contacted freecharge and they keep responding that I should contact Docomo.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
