- Recharge for Entire Year but Not Received the Sevices Closed
I have recharge my Tata Sky account ********** for entire year in April, as per service contract they have to provide service for** months however now they have zero out my balance in January and need more money.
I have raised complaint multiple time but all resolved without any resolution and they are just telling me the same words please hang on we are working. No one is trying to resolve the issue and now my connection is not working which is a huge loss for me.
I need a resolution for this. Please Help
