Durga Devi filed complaint against PayTM on May 7, 2018
I had tried to do a recharge through Paytm for Rs ***. But got a msg that transaction didn’t go through due to bank’s server failure n money wld be reversed to the account. I again did the recharge same msg was shown. Later in the day they sent a msg saying both the transaction are successful. When I raised a issue they said they cannot reverse the ammount.

Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
