I am filing this complaint due to a serious issue with Amazon regarding an incorrect product delivery. I ordered a MacBook Air M*, but instead received a non-functional Acer Aspire laptop. Despite providing clear evidence, including images, videos, and a video of the delivery partner holding the wrong package, Amazon’s customer service has failed to provide a resolution.
I spoke with several representatives—Dev, Shomi, Anju, and Jaishree—and all of them hung up on me during calls, dismissing my concerns without offering any help. This experience has caused significant financial loss, frustration, and mental distress, and is a breach of trust from a company I have relied on for years.
Given the overwhelming evidence and Amazon’s failure to resolve this matter, I am urgently requesting immediate action, including a full refund or the correct product replacement. This alarming situation cannot be ignored.
