Received wrong item than what was ordered from company. On returning the item, company is not giving any refund saying that we have returned wrong item than what was ordered. They are not even sending the item back to us. So they have kept our money as well as the item now. No one in company ready to listen.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
