Hi I'm Abhishek Sharma,
I ordered * boxes of chicken briyani from Zomato app on **th May ****. The food I received were totally spoiled and stale, some bad smell were coming out of them . On calling the restaurant , consoled me that they'll get back to me in * minutes. They called me back after ** minutes and asked to wait till *-* hours , which was meaningless as it was ** pm at night. Further they called and told me to wait till the next day they will refund my money . But they're not even picking up my calls.
My order no. is **********. The restaurant name is Biryani Adda.
Now the situation is neither Zomato is helping me out with the refund nor the restaurant.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
