Dear Sir/Madam
on **th jan **** i had ordered a "Red Tape Walking Shoes" * No Size from flipkart online shoping app on amount of **** rupees, and on **th jan **** i received item from flipkart courier team. when i opened it, shoes Box is from Red Tape brand But shoes from Local deepa Brand with ** Nos Size. on smae date and same time i had raised complaint for return/replace on flipkart customer support team, but every time flipkart cancel to return it. i have some CCTV footage(My Office CCTC Camera Footage) but due to some technical issue date and time is change.
Its an humble request to you please do the needful for me.
