Amazon - Received fake apple watch series 6 stainless steel silver

ORDER # ***-*******-*******

I was sent a fake product and original watch with the serial no on the box was already activated on ** December ****. So I sent what I got in the box. Also I shared the details with video recording with time stamp of receipt of the package and opening it which clearly shows that I was duped.

My order date was ** January **** and delivery date was ** January ****.
How can the watch be in use and activated before reaching me. That means either somebody opened the package and replaced it inside with fake watch or the whole package was fake.
