I had order Kaya Skin Clinic Advanced Skin Care Kit and recieved the damaged product. The packaging was broken and the contents of the bottles had leaked inside the box itself. Half of the contents had spilled out, there's no point in keeping it with me. I immediately placed a complain via call & was assured that the issue will be resolved, but now they refuse to refund me or replace the item. Moreover, they have stopped taking any more complaints for the same product. I even sent them a picture of the damaged packaging yet no response. Utterly disgusted & disappointed.
