Dear Concerned,
I the undersigned having the contact details as mentioned under, through this letter want to inform inform your good-self that two months ago after watching the misleading advertisements of KAYA Skin Clinic I approached Lajpat Nagar Kaya Skin Clinic for the treatment of tanning on my face, the available doctor / skin specialist Ms. Rajveer alongwith one of her representative after making a preliminary inspection of my face informed / allured / committed me that this is a normal problem and can be cured with special tan removal technique which they possess. They further informed me that this can be cured within one or two sessions of their treatment and I will myself see the visible results within few weeks or the money shall be refunded to me. As per her version / commitment / allurement I affirmed to take the treatment as prescribed their personnel/ doctor I gave them my hard money of around Rs. ***** and begin my treatment started taking the After paying a hefty amount of around Rs. *****, I begin my acne treatment in Kaya Skin Clinic (Lajpat Nagar) for Q-Switch and Q-Laser Techniques, and already took around two Q-Switch and two Q-Laser sessions which tantamount to nearly half of the treatment as prescribed. After spending around such a handsome amount (exclusive of the amount spent on products bought on the prescription of doctor) and after completing half of the treatment, I have not seen any signs of improvements till now in my tanning or in my skin. I am adhering to each and every recommendation of the doctor but have not seen any improvement in my skin as assured / allured to me while opting for such treatment, and instead of getting better the quality of my skin is replenishing / getting dull day by day due to which I am hereby opting to stop this treatment. The services they provided to me are not as per the assurances / are not satisfactory / carries deficiency and not as per the standards and recommendations / assurances / allurements provided to me while opting for such treatment. In the light of the above I hereby opted to discontinue my skin treatment and seek a total refund of the amount I spend on the treatment. I intimated the same to them vide my Email dated **/**/**** and made several reminders to them afterwards but still they are not replying in affirmative manner and lingering on the issues. I have urged them many times that I dont't want further experiments on my face and instead wanted the total refund of the amount I spent on the treatment along-with the amount spent on the products bought on the prescription of their doctor. I had conversation with their personnel who told me that either you meet our specialist or we will return back only the remaining / partial amount. I do not wish to continue my treatment further and full and final refund of the amount spent on the treatment. Again now by their mails they are compelling me to meet their otherwise they are not ready to refund the amount I asked for, I told them my skin is not a play-field to do the experiments but they are not ready to listen it.
I therefore, through this Hon'ble forum requesting them to stop my treatment and refund my amount.
