Kaya Skin Clinic - Permanent Damage to my skin

During the laser hair removal treatment, my tattoo was lasered and a part of it has faded permanently. I experienced excruciating pain until it healed which took about a month.
The worst part was the staff's reaction to their mistake. Firstly, they cancelled my appointment to meet the Dr. Then only after I complained to their head office I was called for a meeting with the Dr. After almost * to * months of follow up they just agreed to return the unused balance money. They are refusing to compensate me for the charges of redoing my tattoo or proving me with any compensation for the trauma caused.
