- Received damaged product Closed
I ordered a Samsung Galaxy Galaxy LED TV ** Inch from Samsung on May *rd **** from Amazon to my Mom's new house as a Mothers day gift. I paid for the express delivery and got the TV delivered on Sunday, May * ****. However, the installation was done * days later as Amazon failed to book the installation slot as I had to contact Samsung and raise the installation request manually myself. The technician arrived on May *th and installed the TV with the wall mount turned the TV on and quickly ran through options for few seconds turned the TV off and left. During the installation time, the account holder was not present and my mom couldn't check the TV as it was a new home and we did not have a cable box or any smartphone as she uses the basic one.
When I arrived the next day I see the frame on the left side at the top of the TV is bent and when I connected my phone to play a song through you-tube there is a line on the left side of LED screen
When I contacted Amazon they sent a technician the very next day and he said he came for inspection and states the TV box is fine and thermocol inside is fine as this is damaged product issue not delivery issue contact Samsung. When I contacted Samsung they took the order details and informed the product is ordered from Amazon as it's their responsibility please contact Amazon. It's been * days and I am stuck here with the damaged TV.
As tomorrow being Mothers Day the **th May ****, I will be going to nearby Bajaj Electronics store **th May **** today evening and get a New TV and do installation done immediately.
Amazon I received the damaged product. It's been less than a week I got the damaged TV delivered on *th May ****. After contacting your customer service team repeatedly for all these days and tired of No resolution. I am writing to you and file a complaint here.
