I purchased a mobile phone on Flipkart on **th April, received this on **th April, however the delivery date is on **th April. After multiple follow ups received on **th. I haven't realised that I got damaged product. Later I got realised after multiple calls and chat finally it got connected to the Flipkart agents, lot of agents denied calls finally one executive solved that raised a request for refund. Again same like there is no movement on refund. Finally I have decided to call them and letting to know the status, simple said voter I'd missed, I don't know why the Flipkart people required voter ID? However I asked the same, no answer from Flipkart agents and call disconnected immediately. Again raised a request answered another lady, while explaining my concern she got disconnected to the call. Please help me and resolve this on my refund request.
