I ordered Michael Kors watch from Myntra on **th September **** and received the parcel on **th September **** around *:** pm. When I opened the box , it was torn from inside and there was no watch in the box , that is , I received an empty box. Just after this, I tried calling myntra and was unable to reach them for around half hour. I made a video of the torn box and the delivery packet . Myntra called back after sometime and I filed a complaint regarding this. They assured me to help in this matter. * days later ie on *st October,**** they emailed me stating that there was no mistake from their side and refused to give refund or exchange.
I don't know what to do now . Please help .
