Abhinav Srivastava filed complaint against Amazon.in on May 2, 2019
I had ordered a JBL Flip * Portable Wireless Speaker with Powerful Bass & Mic (Red) vide Order No: ***-*******-******* on Amazon on **rd April and received on **th April. I'm facing some issues regarding this product.
*. The received product was counterfeit and not the JBL genuine product.
*. I had complained about the same on **th April to Amazon customer care and they asked me to share images of the received product and asked me to upload my KYC details on Amazon account. I fulfilled all the requirements.
*. They took * days for processing my complaint and finally replied me today that they had investigated the matter and they had sent me the genuine product and the product received by me was the same, as per Amazon official.
*. As per my Amazon account and Amazon officials, the said product had been delivered to me on **th April while I had received the product on **th April by amazon courier service.
*. I am not satisfied with the reply by Amazon officials and I even don't know what was the parameters they followed to investigate my complaint.
The product had been delivered to me at my office which is under CCTV surveillance and I can provide you with the CCTV footage of delivery with date & time if required. I had shared all this information to Amazon officials but they were not listening to me and was rigid with their answer. You are requested to look into the matter and provide me with a fair resolution.
