The Issue is serious but not about money and aspecific issue the way they treat they regular customer with so disgrace with *% customer satisfaction and don't know handle customer withe proper answer only and with no tolerance irrespective with your return there should proper relationship build with the customers
I visited this branch jubilee hills road no.** near to Bharathiya vidya bhavan school school,this lady manger she didn't knw how to handle the customers quiery repeated the same thing again & again. You have to build a relationships & handle well with a satisfactory answer please a request keep trained staff or a qualified degree hold in higher post
A simple case of exchange which was taken *min back and then denied for exchange
Given toned milk instead of full cream milk
