I have recently got RBL credit card a few days back. And suddenly today R shield insurance sum of Rs.*****, is shown up in that credit card account. I wanted to get that out of my account and I have tried contacting customer care and emailed to RBL bank as well. But nobody is responding. And I don't want to pay unnecessarily at the time of this covid pandemic. I would be glad to get that insurance premium cancelled out of my account.
