I had order chicken masala from a restaurant through swiggy. The quantity was not adequate. When I contacted the customer care for this issue they said the quantity depends on the restaurant and varies with different orders. So to prove if they said is right I asked my roommate to order the same dish from the same restaurant and found the quantity to be more. The disgusting part is his food was not sent sealed. How cheap is swiggy they are not following the process of sending sealed food to everyone, instead they are sending it to only who has highlighted the issue? Make sure we make social media awareness about the fraud swiggy is doing and eliminate them from the online ordering platform. I have shared all the pics with customer care for their proof.
