- Purchased Chromebook online but I am not able to install zoom team viewer any desk like apps in it S Open

I purchased the product through online store, no where was mentioned on the specifications that it does not support certain meeting apps and remote access apps. The product was shown working at par with windows computer. a purchase was made on ** March **:**pm and was delivered to me on*th April * pm. I called the technical department to assist me with the installation of all apps and other features but despite of *-* calls with their app installation dept. no assistance was provided.
I again registered a complaint with their technical team (as i was told by the sales team that the issue is a technical one) as the screen was blacking out and Iwas not able to view apps or other features in it. After *-* online failed technical assistance a engineer visit was arranged to my home, wherein he rectifed the screen issue, I also asked him to install the apps like zoom, team viewer/any desk or other features like word etc HE said that he has enquired from his engineer and since these are third party apps thesecannot be installed and I should ask for replacement with windows system if I want to use that. I again approached the technical team and they replied that since this is not a technical issue I should talk to their sales team. Sales team continuously interacted with me over email chat for *-*days and refused to replace the material saying that as per their policy I should have returned it within ** days and the packet should not have been opened.
To this I replied that " y intention was never to return the product but to see that I'm able to see it for my purpose and I have not invested *****/-Rs for just accessing gmail and you tube. Secondly, Since it was an online purchase, the delivery itself consumed * days time from your side, and how on the earth I will come to know about the product without opening it that what issues are happening with it. Apart from this the online description do not provide information on what apps it is supporting and what it not.
After this email from my end I stopped getting any communication from the sales team, I sent a reminder to them but no reply received.
It is a very bad online purchasing experience for me, with such a poor support from the companies side.
