Colive - Property booking and Deposit fraud by Colive

I had reached out to Colive for a rental property in Bangalore, since I had recently moved to the city. Many agents reached out to me, and one of them sent me a property that I liked. I asked about more details and was informed that I can schedule a visit by paying Rs.****, which would be adjusted to my first month's rent if I decide to take the property, and refunded within * days if I decide not to take it. I went to that property to check it out. To my shock, the manager informed me that they were in no way related to or listed with Colive. They immediately said that it was a scam. Though they were generous enough to show me the property, it was nothing close to what the agent shared via pictures. I was really pissed and asked for refund from the agent. He said he will get back to me after speaking with his manager. Since then, I am calling and texting him everyday but no response. I raised a service request in Colive App but they haven't responded. I tried calling their support but everytime it says all executives are busy. It's evident I have been scammed and I checked reviews on internet to see there are thousands others who have lost much more money. Please look into this.
