I ordered a product on **rd June ** and cancelled the same day as the delivery date changed to * months which wasn't shown while buying it. Since then I been calling Amazon escalated as well still I was asked to be patient even after * month ie today's date **th July. I called up my bank also but they said why would we stop any credit into your account. I even paid charges on the transaction amount. This is taking a toll on my mental health as well. Here is the detail description of product cancelled but not refunded.
