vplak com - Product yet to be delivered after 2 months Refund not issued yet and non responsive customer care

I made an order for a keyboard on **st March, ****. I paid upfront using UPI. The order was confirmed and after waiting a few days noticed that it was yet to ship. I tried calling the customer helpline and nobody picked up the call. I then sent an email on *th April **** requesting the status of the order. I received a reply to this on *th April **** stating that the product would be delivered in *-* business days. I emailed them once more on **th April **** for an update as the product still hadn't shipped to which there was no response. Their customer helpline number was also completely unresponsive. On *th May **** I sent an email threatening legal action and asked for the order to be cancelled and the amount to be refunded to which there was a reply the next day that they would be cancelling the order and refunding the amount. It is now **nd May **** and I am yet to get the refund. There is no response to the mail threads and their customer helpline as usual is never picked up.
