I ordered this JBL headphone on **th July **** by paying full amount upfront. On the website they promised to deliver the product in * days but haven't delivered till now. When I checked the status on their website after * days, it still showed 'Ordered'. I called the customer support and they said they will try to prioritize the delivery. After * days when I checked their website again, the complete tracking of my product has been removed. Now when I am trying to call them, they have stopped picking my phone and not even responding to my emails. They are cheating me with my hard earned money. Please help.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
