I ordered a power bank "Anker PowerCore ***** Qualcomm Quick Charge *.* Portable Charger with Power IQ Power Bank for Samsung, iPhone, iPad and More" on www.vplak.com on **-May-**** for **** rupees. I made online payment using UPI via paytm. The product is still not delivered. I followed up with customer support details given in vplak.com through mail and call. I have not received any response from either of them. Calls will go unanswered. They wont respond to mails also. Please help me get my money back.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
