This is Rameshwar Pawar from Latur.
I've purchased your Enhance water purifier on Sept ****. Machine serial no. ****************.
My adapter is not working since * months due to which my purifier is not in working condition.
I have called costumer care for service * to * times but I haven't got any response.
Your call centre gave me managers number whose name is Sanjay Sanmane. Even after calling him multiple times he has not provided me adapter yet.
I request you to provide me adapter or take purifier back and return me the money.
